Brocheta de Pollo con Salsa Morita which is grilled chicken with red and green bell peppers served with salsa chile morita and finished with micro cilantro and edible flowers AND…
Tres Leches (the yummy looking one) is vanilla sponge cake, cajeta condensed milk and evaporated milk garnished with orange zest
Also on the menu is a:
Chile Relleno de Picadillo which is a battered poblano pepper filled with ground beef, covered in tomato sauce and garnished with queso fresco and toasted almonds
…and yes there is a special Hibiscus Margarita AND an Elderflower Pineapple Margarita available (will be trying BOTH next time-one when starting around World Showcase and one after finishing!)
